Multi-lingual support & improved attendee tracking and analytics
We’re pleased to announce the latest additions to the Event Anywhere virtual events platform in our latest product release.
At Event Anywhere, we work tirelessly to provide our customers with the features they request – and as such, we have just launched both multi-lingual support and improved attendee tracking and analytics.
These new features included in the release are available now for both new and existing customers to utilise in their future events, and are summarized below:
Attendee tracking and analytics
The biggest new feature in the latest release of our virtual event platform are a range of additions to our attendee tracking and event analytics, putting more data at your fingertips with Event Anywhere than ever before.
First up – attendee tracking – with Event Anywhere, you are now able to see where your attendees go at your event, broken down on an individual user level.
In this iteration of Event Anywhere’s analytics module, it is now possible to:
- Report on which sessions, meetings, networking, or expo hall tables users go to;
- Report on when users entered and exited a given session or video room; and
- Automatically match this to your events schedule, offering a human-readable breakdown of the sessions and other content views.
This lets event organizers see which sessions and content any particular user views, opening up additional functionality, such as the awarding of continued education (CE) credits, or simply being able to better understand what content resonates with your audience so that you can work these learnings into future events.
All of this data can be exported as CSV for use in any other third-party data analytics tools that your organization uses to report the events that you run.
Event Anywhere is now fully-capable of being able to support multiple languages, making it possible now to fully localize the platform for anybody hosting virtual events in different countries.
Right now, Event Anywhere supports the following languages out-of-the-box:
- English; and
Over the coming weeks and months, we will look to expand this support to include other major languages – this is something that we will continue to report on and cover on our blog, so watch this space for more details.
In addition to current and planned out-of-the-box support, we can also support additional languages upon request, although this may incur additional setup and configuration costs.
